🔁 Cancellation Policy (Pre-Orders)

If you cancel a pre-order:

A credit note will be issued after deducting 25% service charges (usable online or in-store).

OR

Option 2:

25% cancellation charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded if cancelled before receiving the parcel.
